BinHexS for the First Time at It’s All Retail Conference in Milan

BinHexS, a company with a global reach that provides high-level IT services at 360°, took part to the It’s All Retail congress held last March 21st in Milan. The company is in a phase of strong expansion and increasing its offerings according to the evolving needs of its Clients, and in order to concretize its position and convey its expertise in the IT field it debuted for the first time at the Milan event where systems, technologies and solutions for retail and fashion were discussed.

“It was an inspiring time of sharing and discussion for us,” commented Giorgio Guidi, Co-founder and Sales Director of BinHexS, who took part in one of the three roundtables focused on innovation and retail technologies scheduled during the day, “participating in this important conference allowed us to pick up numerous insights on the future direction of technology and how retailers and providers intend to make use of it through trusted partners to boost results.”

During the roundtable, Giorgio Guidi was able to illustrate how BinHexS champions values such as training technicians at the service of the Customer, in order to ensure maximum professionalism and in order to establish a replicable, scalable and measurable training management system, creating the so-called ‘automation of intellectual capital.’ Guidi also explained how the company’s IT services can be defined as ‘omnichannel,’ meaning that they aim to cover the needs of the Customer on all fronts, from the birth of the seed of a project to its complete evolution – that’s why in the corridors of MiCo we wanted to distribute our plantable pencils as a symbol of birth, growth and blossoming, symbolizing our 360° care during all phases of the life of Customer companies. A number of themes emerged during the various panels and scheduled speeches, including retailers’ trend to increasingly focus their efforts on delivering omnichannel experiences and the use of big data applied to AI as a source of increased business value, topics that played a key role during the entire day in the areas dedicated to technology and IT.

It’s All Retail offered an agenda organized by business areas that covered the retail world in the round: not only IT & Technology was discussed, but guests were able to attend sessions dedicated to CRM and Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, as well as get an insight into the HR world and Real Estate. In fact, the goal of the day was to connect between people and find new insights under all aspects of business that individual companies can go into.
